What does it mean when experts are 'approved'?
Every professional that applies to listed on our platform must go through our rigorous due diligence process. This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Submission of relevant industry qualifications
- Evidence of personal and company licenses
- Background check to ensure no previous offences, bans etc.
- Verified testimonials from clients
- Online presence screening
What if I don’t like the professional I met?
There are plenty of others to choose from on our platform and we always recommend that you speak to at least two before making your decision.
Alternatively, we have a matchmaking service, if you would prefer that we select the most appropriate professional for your situation - this includes outreach and screening of professionals who may not be listed with us currently.
